Privacy Policy
SnapOps is designed around private signed-in workspaces. We use the information you provide to operate your Inbox, reminders, documents, Plans, Find & Compare, billing, support, connected services, and account access.
Information We Handle
This may include account details, saved items, supported documents and notes, reminder settings, Plans sessions, Find & Compare requests/results, payment status, credit usage records, connected-service metadata, and support messages.
How We Use It
We use data to provide the product, save your history, generate reviewable next steps, send reminders, process billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Google Calendar Data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, SnapOps can request read access to your calendar list and events so SnapOps can answer scheduling and planning questions. If you separately enable appointment creation, SnapOps also requests narrowly scoped permission to create events on Google calendars you own. SnapOps prepares the exact event first and writes it to Google only after you explicitly confirm the locked action in the signed-in workspace. This phase does not let SnapOps edit, move, delete, or invite attendees to Google Calendar events.
SnapOps minimizes calendar data before AI processing to the fields needed for planning, such as event title, start and end time, all-day status, calendar label, location, and busy/free status. Event descriptions and attendees are not requested in the calendar API response used by SnapOps.
Calendar event details are processed only when you ask for calendar-related help. Calendar-derived answers are shown live and are not saved to Planner history. SnapOps stores only the connection information needed to keep the integration working, including the granted scopes, connection metadata, and an encrypted Google refresh token. Short-lived Google access tokens are not stored.
You can disconnect Google Calendar from SnapOps at any time. SnapOps will attempt to revoke the Google refresh token and remove the stored calendar connection from SnapOps. Account-level deletion requests also include stored calendar connection data.
Google Gmail Sending
If you enable Gmail sending, SnapOps requests the narrow Gmail permission needed to send email on your behalf. SnapOps does not request Gmail inbox-reading, message-search, or Gmail draft-management access for this feature.
SnapOps may prepare one-recipient plain-text email content, but Gmail is not called until you review and explicitly confirm the locked To, Subject, and Body in your signed-in workspace. This phase does not support CC, BCC, attachments, or an inferred recipient address.
While an email is awaiting confirmation, SnapOps temporarily stores the locked send payload so it cannot change between review and execution. After the send succeeds or fails, SnapOps clears that execution payload from the controlled-action record and retains only the action fingerprint, summary, timestamps, result or error, and other security/audit metadata. Short-lived Google access tokens are not stored.
Processing for Requested Features
When you explicitly ask SnapOps to use your connected calendar or prepare an email, the data needed for that requested feature may be processed by SnapOps' AI service provider to produce the requested answer or draft. SnapOps does not use Google Calendar or Gmail-derived data for advertising, sale, creditworthiness decisions, or to train or improve general-purpose AI models.
Third-Party Services
SnapOps uses service providers for account access, private storage, payments, email, hosting, requested AI processing, and user-authorized integrations such as Google Calendar. We limit transfers to what is needed to provide the user-facing feature, security, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by applicable policy and law.
Google API Limited Use
SnapOps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your Control
You can review, edit, or delete many records from your workspace. For account-level deletion requests, use the Delete My Data page or contact support.
