How SnapHoo works: capture real-life details, organize them, and turn them into clear next steps.
SnapHoo is built for reminders, appointments, documents, family tasks, payments, forms, warranties, trips, promises, plans, and deadlines. You send it what matters. SnapHoo organizes it into a practical SnapHoo Inbox so you can see what is urgent, what repeats, what is done, and what needs attention next.
Capture: speak, type, upload, or summarize.
Organize: SnapHoo detects money, dates, people, places, recurrence, documents, and next steps.
Watch: priority views, reminders, activity history, and recurring rollover keep responsibilities from slipping.
The simple workflow
Speak it
Use the main Ask SnapHoo box to type or record a quick note, review what SnapHoo understood, then confirm the action. Great for bills, promises, appointments, chores, and anything you remember while moving fast.
Type it
Drop a natural sentence into quick capture. You do not need perfect formatting. SnapHoo looks for dates, amounts, people, risk, recurrence, and next actions.
Upload it
Save PDFs, proposals, notices, policies, letters, warranties, and other important files. SnapHoo keeps them connected to the items they affect.
Summarize it
Pull useful details from saved records, then choose whether to create a SnapHoo Inbox item from the result.
How recurring payments work
SnapHoo treats monthly responsibilities like real calendar responsibilities. That matters for rent, insurance, utilities, subscriptions, care payments, and anything else that repeats on a monthly rhythm.
Monthly items follow the calendar month
A rent bill due on the 1st rolls forward to the 1st of the next month. A payment due on the 15th rolls forward to the 15th of the next month. If a month has fewer days, SnapHoo uses the safest matching day available.
Weekly and biweekly items follow the next due date
A Friday dog-sitter payment moves to the next Friday. A biweekly payment moves two weeks ahead. This keeps recurring responsibilities predictable.
One-time items do not roll forward
If something only happens once, marking it done moves it to Done without creating another copy.
Done means handled, not deleted
Completed items move out of the active inbox but still help the activity trail and future matching logic understand what happened.
What each SnapHoo section does
Priority Command Center
The fastest view when you want to know what matters first. It groups overdue, today, this week, high-risk, document, and reminder-driven work so users do not have to hunt for what is urgent.
SnapHoo Workspace
The main capture and management area. Users can add items, edit details, delete mistakes, move items between Open and Done, and let recurring items roll forward.
Voice and text together
The low-friction capture path. Type directly or tap the microphone, speak naturally, stop recording, review the shared text, and preview it through the same SnapHoo flow.
SnapHoo People
A place to save the people connected to responsibilities: family, helpers, neighbors, vendors, caregivers, clients, employees, and anyone else who matters.
SnapHoo Documents
The record vault for bills, policies, forms, warranties, school paperwork, proposals, agreements, uploaded PDFs, and analysis results.
SnapHoo Reminders
A preview and settings area for daily checks, reminder emails, high-risk items, overdue items, tomorrow items, and due-soon documents.
SnapHoo Activity
The trust trail. It shows what was created, edited, completed, deleted, uploaded, analyzed, or sent, so users can see what happened and when.
SnapHoo Settings
Controls for daily reminders, reminder email, preferred daily time, high-risk reminders, document reminders, and other notification preferences.
Natural examples that SnapHoo understands
SnapHoo does more than create notes
If you say something that sounds like a new responsibility, SnapHoo creates an item. If it looks like something already exists, it can update the existing item instead of creating a duplicate.
If you say you paid or finished something, SnapHoo can match that voice note to the right open item and mark it done. If that item repeats monthly, weekly, or biweekly, the next one can be created automatically.
The safest path is always user control: SnapHoo helps organize and suggest, but important records still remain reviewable, editable, and visible in Activity History.
SnapHoo is built for real life on purpose
This is not just a bill reminder. It is a private planning layer for anything that can fall through the cracks because it is tied to a person, date, place, document, payment, promise, preference, or repeat schedule.
The goal is simple: fewer missed responsibilities, fewer surprises, and less mental clutter.
SnapHoo gives users one place to capture the important stuff, one system to organize it, and one priority layer to help them act before small things become big problems.
